Jaynalee Hively

Assistant Professor of Mathematics

Jaynalee Hively has been a full-time faculty member of HLGU since 2001, and currently serves as a Assistant Professor of Mathematics. Her love for math has made her teaching career enjoyable. “I simply enjoy communicating with students and helping them to understand math.” The caring atmosphere at HLGU exemplified by the students, faculty and staff is familiar to Hively, who considers HLGU a “great place to work.”

Hively has three boys. Outside of the academic world, she is an active member of her church. She can often be seen helping out with church activities, youth group, and her sons’ sporting events and school activities.
